Jennifer Singer

Jennifer began working with Sally Black over 30 years ago as a junior rider where she participated in all aspects of Blackland Farm, including the breeding program, showing and campagning horses and ponies on the county and national circuits, as well as starting young horses under saddle.  Since graduating from Bryn Mawr, Jennifer has held teaching positions in numerous countries including Japan, Italy and Switzerland as well as positions in the US instructing student of numerous nationalities and backgrounds.  Jennifer combines her extensive teaching experience with her passion for horses as the Assistant Trainer of Blackland Farm.  Among her goals for Blackland Farm students is to make them competive in the show ring while maintaining a compassionate, collaborative relationship with their horses and team philosophy with their peers.
